These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and provisions governing your use of the website, mobile application and online entertainment services provided by yesclub (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "We" or "yesclub"). By creating an account or accessing our Platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming.

1.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to open only one (1) account on the yesclub Platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions. If YesClub detects duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to immediately close all such accounts, forfeit all wins, cancel any active bonuses, and block the associated devices or IP addresses from registering new accounts in the future. Any remaining funds in duplicate accounts may be confiscated without compensation.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Deposit Methods

2.2 Withdrawal Requirements

To withdraw funds from your yesclub account, several conditions must be met:

• Any active bonus must meet the rollover requirement before a withdrawal can be made.

3. Bonuses, Promotions and Offers

3.1 General Bonus Terms

Rollover requirements (wagering requirement) are the minimum amount you must wager before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn as cash. 3.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Yesclub does not tolerate any form of bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to:

• Registering multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the welcome bonus.
• Colluding with other players to meet rollover requirements through dishonest means.
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonuses without genuine risk (bonus hunting or bonus whoring).
• Providing false information during registration to claim bonuses you are not eligible for.
• Using automated software or bots to fulfil rollover requirements.

If bonus abuse is detected, yesclub reserves the right to cancel the bonus, forfeit related winnings and permanently close the player's account without any compensation.

3.3 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses that are not used or rollover requirements that are not met within the specified period will expire automatically and be forfeited. yesclub is not responsible for restoring bonuses that have expired due to the player's failure to use them within the allocated time.

4. Game Rules and Player Conduct

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and no active bonuses remain outstanding. Closed accounts cannot be reopened, and account information will be retained for the period required by applicable law.

8.2 Account Suspension by YesClub

Yesclub reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or illegal activity, bonus abuse, opening of multiple accounts, underage players, false registration information or upon request of the relevant authorities.
